Service Jams

I introduced service jamming to Leeds in 2011 part of Global Service Jam… together with Matt Edgar and Service Design Leeds colleagues we have provided a Global Service Jam in the city each year since and recently added the Leeds GovJam.

LeedsGovJamService Jams are a great way to learn about service design by doing it… testing out new thinking, new techniques and approaches to designing digital and non-digital services. Designing for and with people – users and delivery staff. Jams are fun events and create a safe environment for experimentation, collaboration, testing, failing fast, iterating and developing service prototypes.

After four years of learning and the development of a great network of people centred design and innovation folk we now have a lot of experience to share and bring to public and private sector organisations.

If you’d like to commission a Service Jam or find out more, just say hello.
